Test Employees on Four Domains of Personality

Both the NEO-PI-3: Four-Factor Version and the NEO-FFI-3: Four-Factor Version are designed for use in human resources and personal counseling settings involving activities such as career counseling, career development, and employee training.

A measure of four dimensions of personality: Agreeableness (A), Conscientiousness (C), Extraversion (E), and Openness to Experience (O). Neuroticism is not included.
