Measure the Presence or Absence of Concussion for FREE!

The ACE is a FREE patient assessment tool that helps providers measure the presence or absence of concussion symptoms quickly. Visit the resources area on this webpage to download and print. Use the ACE together with other members of the ConcussTrack family for a multimodal evaluation of concussion:

  • The  PostConcussion Symptom Inventory-2 (PCSI-2) assesses physical, emotional, cognitive, and sleep/fatigue symptoms to help clinicians monitor student recovery from concussion and manage activities such as return to school and participation in sports.
  • The  PostConcussion Executive Inventory measures working memory, emotional control, and initiate/task completion to evaluate and monitor recovery following concussion.
