For your students from pre-K through college who are struggling with a reading issue, the FAR gets to the WHY. Rely on the FAR to help you create effective interventions, develop appropriate reading strategies, and monitor response to intervention. The screening form can be administered to students from pre-K through college in under 20 minutes and the full assessment in just over one hour.
The FAR is designed to measure four subtypes of reading disorders: phonological dyslexia, surface dyslexia, mixed dyslexia, and comprehension issue. It differs from traditional academic achievement assessments in that it is a diagnostic measure with specific neurocognitive processes built directly into the test.
