Dean Rustin, MA

Dean serves as the Vice President of Sales at PAR, Inc., where he leads the national advisor team focused on schools and the clinical/health care sectors.

With over twenty years of experience in school and health care sales, Dean has successfully managed high-volume consumer and business relationships, specializing in scaling operations and optimizing customer satisfaction and retention. Dean holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from the College of Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology. He brings additional leadership experience from his service in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, NC. Locally, Dean is an alumni of Leadership Tampa (“LT17 GOATS”) and actively engaged with community leaders.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dean is a licensed skydiver and certified scuba diver, and he cherishes spending time outdoors with his family and their three golden retrievers.
